Unless jopokart.shop is legally required to participate in a consumer arbitration procedure in a particular case, jopokart.shop does not commit to participating in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
German §36 VSBG governs disclosure concerning participation in consumer dispute-resolution proceedings.
The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025 and is therefore intentionally not included in these Terms.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will not retroactively remove mandatory rights already acquired by customers.
